After spending time in the jungle, Price and Peter Andre together. In September 2005, she married André at Highclere Castle, Hampshire. However, in May 2009 they announced they have separated after three and a half years of marriage. In a TV interview with Piers Morgan, in July 2009, Price said their failure was due in part to the jealousy of her relationship with Andre the dressage coach, Andrew Gould, who said it was purely platonic. But they described it finally ended when she was photographed in a nightclub after she and Andrew Bristol had agreed they would not go without the other. They also showed that she suffered a miscarriage before the operation.

In April 2011, while visiting her parents in the province of Cordoba in Argentina, she survived a near-fatal car accident in a group of horses.
